Afsanah Guesthouse - stillness and space

The Zen-type guesthouse has had a profound effect on creating a space of stillness during the whole stay. I stayed here with Joanna for about a month, and thoroughly enjoyed the natural zen beauty, the trees, the big rocks, the birds, even the temperature.

I arrived in June 2010 and leave around July 11, today to continue with the journey.

Afsanah Zen energy is a dream come true : it is a place where - because of its stillness - truth can emerge from within. The sounds of normal noisy life are stilled here, the silence brings a new level of understanding, and stopping the movement brings new life, paradoxally.

I have grown into understanding much more of the fabric of earthly life, the mechanics of the matrix. I have sensed other worlds, the world of Buddhism is close to the Zen feeling. I have seen and sensed the energy of India, the colorful purpose of a great nation. India is not what it seems : in its amazing colorful simplicity, it is a platform for another kind of love for life.

Being here was a bliss for the heart, for the soul, for the body. It has brought another, deeper, perspective into sensing why I am here, why humanity is as it is today. Much more clarity and strenght, courage and wisdom.

Next and powerful, maybe last stop is now the Fuji Yama in Tokyo. We are leaving today, and on the day of my biological birthday, I will hit the grounds of Tokyo main city. What an amazing life !

The impact of Auroville

Auroville is an international community. After a few conversations with some Aurovillians, it seems that is a bit self steering, there is an inner council that finds its ways into the daily practical issues. The more spiritual connection to the deceased founders Sri Aurobindo and The Mother is strong, however silent on the premises. There are lectures and elaborations on the content of the writings that have emerged from the founders, and both Aurovillians and visitors are invited to attend.

I was wondering how the teachings were put into practice here in Auroville. It appears to be a mystery even for the residents of Auroville. It seems that the interpretation of the teachings is personal and everyone is invited to find his/her own way in the practical day to day life.

One needs to find a moment to dive within the depths of silence, as it is within the silence and listening of the silence that one feels what pulses underneath the visible life. It is interesting, as it is mysterious, it is a power, yet it beyond human senses. And it steers the wheel of life.

Combining my inner truth search and travel wisdom with the place, I see the creative force of the human layer. It is more apparent here than on other places that I visited, yet it is the same force. The difference is that here, there is a true and genuine listening to the stillness, and becoming balanced because of that. There is a whole universe in a stone, there is wisdom of a different nature there. That stillness is also in every human, however rare is the human that stops to listen to that cosmic wisdom.

It is believed by Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, that when one starts to integrate the stillness, one is possibly touching cosmic wisdom and a new humanity will emerge. I sense that to be true too, although I am not inclined to lean onto any other wisdom than my own inner wisdom.

Auroville is a potentially great platform and great beginning of a new era. Blessed be the human that discovers his/her inner wisdom, its joy and its power. Working and living from that inner strength will bring about a maturity into humanity, that will dissolve disharmony and highly energize paradise on earth. This time coming from the inner source and from sovereign actions from each human, connected to the field of oneness.

Zen Guest House in Auroville

As we arrived a few days ago in the Auroville premises, in the South of India, we were lead to the guest house that we booked online. This Guest House Afsanah, is a mirror of a Japanese Zen House.

The garden is simply exquisite, the stones are kind and the plants are the beautifying queens. The little frogs, dragonflies, salamanders, gekkos, little squirrels add to the powerful natural mixture of absolute finesse.

The main building is a representation of balanced and harmonious spirit, and every view from the restaurant area shows the watergarden, the stone settings, and the greenery of the trees. The sounds of exotic birds fills the room.

Breakfast is a representation of true natural abundance, with orange fruit, natural fruit juice, some bread, bananas, some wheat meal, tea and coffee. The taste is adorable and in all the zen spirit simplicity life has truly amazing.

Both Joanna and I know that we are divine in origin, as if every human, however we have chosen to allow spirit to arrange everything for us. We were lead to come to Auroville, by the smell incense, by sensing that it was the place to go to. We would receive more information on why when we would be there.

The whole trip from Europe to India was a smooth journey, and the end-result of arriving here was just confirming how creative the cosmic forces are.

We feel blessed to be part of a creative journey, and know we have created this zen guest house. Such is the divine nature of an awakened human. The force works through the mantel of the personality, and flows into what is being perceived into the human world.

Both Joanna and I are part of the manifestation, and we are actively creating a vibration of beauty, natural power, balance and harmony. What we are inside is reflected in what is presented in the 5 senses through the brain.

This is the true reason for being on earth : recognizing that the personality serves the cosmic force, and then enjoying the human manifestation in the form of paradise on earth. Blessed be the human that chooses not to be busy with lower emotions and drama, and that allows in all gentleness of spirit and being to become part of the creation of worlds here on earth.

We are driven by a divine force that just needs to have some space to create whatever the individual, like a child of the divine parent, desires to create and joyfully play with.

Divinity and Auroville

Auroville has been built in the South of India and is constructed based upon the early 20th century inner wisdom of the English-Hindu Sri Aurobindo and French co-worker The Mother. In short the teachings that come from both persons have to do with the awakening of divinity in humans, by means of active yoga, the integral yoga.

It is different from the normal Indian yoga as this wisdom speaks of divinity coming down into matter, as opposed to other yoga principles where a human is aiming to grow into divinity, by relinquishing humanity.

This wisdom makes a lot of sense to me and I feel closely connected to its truth. Therefore I engaged this morning in a conversation with an Aurovillian, citizen of the international community of Auroville. He commented that there was difficulty of alignment in the leadership group. Apparently it is acknowledged that a downwards energetic spiral has an influence over the strength of the city.

A security department had to be installed as theft appeared a few years ago, some police force is currently engaged in the protection of the premises, and the India government is reclaiming auroville as Indian property with India law. As visitors in the guest house we are asked to lock our doors when we leave the house.

Although Auroville is meant to be an international platform for all human beings, a place where the unity of humanity would flourish as an example for the global world, there seems to be a slow grip upon its workings from other controlling groups, and this brings the Aurovillians into a debate of what is going on.

The conversation was a good opening for providing Joanna’s and my views on what we carry as inner wisdom. As we both feel very closely related to matters of divinity, it was easy to link up to the concepts of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, and to the current issues of Auroville.

This is what we provided in the conversation after hearing out what the Aurovillian had to say : Divinity needs freedom to express what is needed, to create the right circumstances and to solve what is not in harmony. As soon as any form of organization exists, which is created out of fear of not trusting the inner organization, a certain restriction and smallness is put upon the workings of any society or group.

What an organization needs, is a platform where divinity can flow through because of full trust that it will activate within the 3d world the right circumstances for everyone and everything living there. The Auroville energetic platform is lowering itself slowly into the realms of fear thinking, by not cooperating with the divine forces or not trusting them, and therefore it becomes connected to the governmental forces that also thrive on fearbased rules and laws.

The solution out of control is to reinstall trust within every member of the leadership council, and that energetic strong stance, will allow divinity to flow into their Auroville creations, and heighten the whole city out of the fear frequency, into higher frequencies of absolute trust, equality, oneness, peace and everything that Sri Aurobindo and The Mother worked for.

How does one stand out of fear ? by trusting the higher forces to take care of all matters, even the practical matters, and to open up for intuition through every individual, in which the psychic being is waiting to be activated. They just need to apply the wisdom that was given to them.

I feel much support from the Auroville energy, that wants to emerge from the sands of fear into divinity. Now is the time to activate into full divinity.

Haunting dreams resolved

The 2nd night in Auroville was equally interesting. During the day before that night, electricity went down several times, and this continued during the night. There was no air conditioning, and lights were out during long intervals. It all made the night more mysterious and challenging.

In the background of the Auroville premises I could hear quite some noise seeping into the room. A kind of drumming and human activity, it was unclear if it was a festivity, or a reunion of a certain kind. Joanna told me later that the sound and its vibration reminded her of warrior energy, Tamil Warriors. The sounds carried a sense of unhappy intensity. We just observed what it did to us, without interfering or trying to understand it.

My night was restless, not only because of the sounds outside, also because of the warmth inside, tossing and turning, sweating, unable to get into a harmonized sleep.
However, when I started to fall asleep dreams quickly came into activity within my mind’s eye.

Again those dreams carried emotional personality energy, and were likely to be upsetting or disturbing. In one of them, I was hit by a buss, while carrying my child. The child was not hurt as I chose to take the blow, and managed to turn away in a pivotal manner, so that I would not get crushed. It felt like a blow on the head alone, and many people around me were in panic, I was not.

Another dream showed me having a conversation with my brother, whose eyes turned ill. They became filled with red blood. When I asked him about it, he did not want to talk and tried to ignore it. However as I gently asked again he revealed how tense he had been, and one of eyes then revealed itself to be a glass eye. He said to be very unhappy about things as he spoke out what bothered him.

There were other dreams, however their nature were all of a hidden unhappiness about life and people.

In the morning, during breakfast, I found in my conversation with Joanna, that I could look at the messages of the dreams in a different way. They could be looked at as an expression of the here/now local energy, flowing into my personality matrix as dreams. They were actually probably an expression of what hangs around in the matrix local universe.

They wanted to tell me about the local hidden unhappiness. The eyes dream was about not being able to see solutions, or not being able to show to others solutions, and resolving into getting a unreal eye, that cannot or does not dare to live. I guess that when you look at the current Pondicherry poverty, it makes sense not to want to see it.

What can one do with messages of such kind ? I guess I can acknowledge IN me a local problem of the population of the city Pondicherry and also a problem that might be hidden in Auroville itself.

From there on, as I have an inner observer of cosmic nature, the information is conveyed to that cosmic force, and I trust that it will take the best care of the matter, in ways one in human body cannot imagine the outcome.

I have seen the workings of the inner cosmic being that I carry. It solves issues in ways that cannot be imagined. There is so much happening behind the scenes, and the universal force that a human can allow to seep through is manifested by just being present. I found that my personality layer just needs to stay within truthfulness, to nurture a sense of equality with all humans, and the respect of oneness of the human family.

You see, the problem of one person is the problem of all persons. With care to every brother and sister, wherever we are, there is a renewal of cooperation and respect.

Thus, a human when working together with the divine spark, becomes a worthy carrier of divinity that expulses itself in this matter world through the human coat. It is fantastic to be here, to be a conduit of cosmic forces and to expand with joy of life, with integration of higher wisdom and with a deepened sense of purpose and achievement.

Achievement it is, because the matter reality does change with the contact of cosmic forces.

The matter reality is an outpour of divine consciousness as soon as the suppression of the human entity has ended, and that seems to be the most important work for an awakening human being. Matter being generated by cosmic forces instead of the matrix human mind is totally reinforced from the inside, with the qualities of unity, truth and equality.

As by coincidence, a first contact with an Aurovillian, the official international Sri Aurobindo subjects living in Aurovilla, happened in the morning, and Joanna and I found that indeed Auroville has some issues to work through, that at current seem to be difficult to solve. I look forward to another meeting with Aurovillians to expand on divinity within the concept of Auroville.

You see, a dream can be a pointer to something that the human eye did not see before. It is so great to expand ones wisdom by connecting to other realities without fear.

First night in Auroville - The matter of haunting dreams

Since I left the human comfort zone and started to travel about 3 years ago, my dreams have become a theme in my life. They have been haunting me, and come to me just before waking up. These dreams always deal with emotional substance, and are the result of some disparity from within the own emotional field.

I understand that those dreams are part of the human suppression system, part of the illusion of this caged mind life and are infiltrating into life. Those dreams have the innate character to make you feel bad about all the decisions that you make with regards to awakening and deeply spiritual choices of life. In my case, they mirror some attributes about emotional unresolved items in myself.

Up to now I did not write about them, because I was told to ignore them. For me, they tend to nudge me.When I was young I always considered dreams to be part of my intuition, something that your silent part wants to convey to you.

The dream state is part of the personality layer movement. As the true inner being is a silent observer, it will not intervene with the more active personality layers. This also comes in terms with the knowing of the Auroville teachings.

Some unresolved emotional layers want to be transformed, acknowledged. The main themes of the dreams that I have are about separation from ones with whom I share an emotional bond.

By the way, Auroville is at the edge of Pondicherry, a village with poverty, looks messy, dirty and quite unhappy.Indian people that I see are unhappy, they do not smile easily and it seems they just do not like life in general. For them life is poverty and money is important. Auroville wants to be a jewel on earth reflecting human unity, all races to unite for the benefit of earthly peace.

In Auroville, we booked a zen-like guest house area, that is absolutely beautiful. It is the materialization of my own center, the one I dream to have. As I am offered the actual stay in this, I can see if this is what I really want. I thank the divine intervention showing me this situation, it will help me to clarify my own wishes. It is a good place to wrap up older decision and get a straight look at myself here today. I am blessed to sleep in a room where the Dalai Lama was sleeping too in 2009. What a creation.

It is hot now in June, tropical. There are not many westerners here at the moment, so the main energy is Indian. I have not met Auroville students yet, which I hope to do, as it is in the philosophy that I find the most interesting moments. In the abstract one finds the practical.
Joanne and I are looking into the Sri Aurobindo material, it is interesting, and this study is very much the same as the teachings of Jeshua I used to travel with, just different words. It is not new to me, I have had a deep study of the material a few years before.

At this moment I can take a safe and good look at the deeper layers of my human experience. The aim of my last year’s decisions seem to direct me to get in deep unity with my inner divinity expressed through human life. This would bring ultimate joy of being. It seems to be hard to ‘feel’ this joy in most parts of the world and also in Auroville. There is much hidden discontent energy here, and divinity is of a very still nature, waiting when the personality is ready to get active.

If I apply the teaching about knowing that dreams are part of the human suppression framework (see www.Wingmakers.com), then it all seems to have a place. It seems that having those dreams is just part of sensing the local Indian overall deeper sensing of unhappiness of delayed success. The human mind suppression in this context is a sticky and multi-layered experience, certainly when the success and achievement of oneness with the inner divine is delayed and the human discontent is nudging with every breath.

If I can break the codes of the mind illusion (both in the waking and dream state) by working through them in the personality, I might achieve a great shift. I thank the universe that I am for allowing me to get close to any discovery. Every personal difficulty is a possibility for transformation into true oneness and unified love for the whole.
